It revealed at the annual meeting of the' Bradford Dyers’ Association that, whereas in 1914 Britain imported over per cent of the colours required for the textile trade, to-day, owing to the achievements of the British organic chemical industry, British makers had been able to supply over 90 pier cent of British needs.
