BRITISH OPINIONS FEDERATION SECESSION (Reed. March 2, Noon.) LONDON, March i; Leaders of the British wool industry fully endorse Sir Dalziel Kelly's attack on its wool control policy, as a result of which the home trade is split from top to bottom. It is apparent that the British Wool Federation does not intend altering its decision to secede from the British wool delegation. A bitter controversy has been raging for weeks in the Yorkshire press because it is claimed that manufacturers are piling up large profits while the importers are reduced to the role of commission agents for the Government.
