RAINFALL IN WAIROA (Special to the Herald.) WAIROA, this day. A total of 1.57 in. of rain was recorded in Wairoa during February, as against ,80in. for the corresponding month last year. Last month’s fall was 2.91 in. below the average rainfall for February. The total rainfall for the year to date is 3.GBin., compared with 1.76 in. for the first two months of last year.
