NUHAKA FARMERS

MEETING OF CLUB (11 oral <1 Correspondent.) There was a good attendance of members at the monthly meeting of the Nuhaka Young Farmers’ Club. The chairman, Mr. J. G. Mclntyre, moved a vote of condolence with the relatives of the late Mr. H. G. Schwass. It was decided to accept the Opoho Collie Club’s oiler to conduct an event, short head and yard, for members oi the cl Lib. II was decided to donate a cup for annual competition .to the Nuhaka Public School for its agriculture competition. Mr. Laing, 'Government veterinary surgeon, Hastings, gave an interesting lecture on diseases of the dairy cow, for which he was accorded a vote of thanks.
