YUGOSLAV ARREST
GERMAN BUND LEADER CLEAN-UP IN SLOVENIA (Reed. Feb. 29, 9 a.m.) BELGRADE, Feb. 28. The Yugoslav police have arrested the president of the German Kultur Bund at Ljublana as the chief of the Gestapo cell there. The arrest, which is the fifteenth, brings to a climax the campaign against the illegal practices of the German minority in Slovenia.
