BRITISH VOLUNTEERS
SERVICE OF FINLAND LONDON DEPARTURES (Reed. Feb. 28. 3 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 27. An advance party of British volunteers who left as private citizens are going to Finland by a secret route. Other volunteers are awaiting departure. They will receive training and battle-dress after their arrival. More than 3000 volunteers, all without dependants and subjected -to careful scrutiny, were enrolled in London.
