. DANISH SUGGESTION (Reed. Feb. 20, 9 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Feb. 18. Danish seamen met and suggested the stopping of all sailing in the North Sea until England provides control ports outside of England and Germany ceases torpedoing without warning.
