SIR C. CAYZER DEAD
SERVICE IN COMMONS (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Feb. 20, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 18. The death has occurred of Sir Charles Cayzer. He was 44 years of age. He had represented the City of Chester in the House of Commons as a Conservative since 1922.
