WASHINGTON SUGGESTION ATTITUDE TO AMERICA POSSIBLE REVISION (Reed. Feb. 13, 9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 11. A survey by the United Press of America indicates that (he Senate Foreign Committee will pigeon-hole the Japanese embargo bills on Wednesday. Of 23 members, 12 are against the embargo, and seven, including the chairman, Mr. Key Pittman, favour economic reprisals, while four are undecided. It is stated +hat the committee feels 'bat the bills should be held in reserve while Japan is given an opportunity whether or not to ease violating American rights in China.
