A very enjoyable intcr-club tennis tournament was neld on the Waivoa Tennis Club's courts on Saturday when a team of six men and sixladies from Kopuawhara visited the Wairoa club. Women's Doubles. - Mesdaines Kennedy and Fair lie beat Miss Kenny and Miss Taylor; Miss Uighet and Mrs. Anderson beat Mis:- Chilly and Miss Jefferson; Mrs. Kelly and Mrs. Searie lost to Miss Trafiord and Miss Plummer. Women’s Singles. - Mrs, Kennedy lost to Miss Kenny; Mrs. Fairlie beat Miss Taylor; Miss Highet beat Miss Chi tty; Mrs. Anderson beat. Miss Jefferson: Mrs. Kelly lost to Miss Trafford: Mrs. Searie drew with Miss Plummer, untinished.
