CHINO CUP PLAY (lieraid Correspondent.) The second round for the Chino Cup was played on the Tokomaru Bay bowling green last week-end, City winning 2i games and Waima U. Results were as follows, City players being mentioned first in each case: A. Forrester, J. Savage, F. Thompson (s') 21 v. Surman, W. Nevin, P. Kay (s) 18; K, Paerata, C. Pavarno. J. Law (s) 14 v. E. Pethick, S. Duncan, J. Eddy (s) 14; Lawrence, F. O’Sullivan, A. Wilkins, A. L. Walker (s) 17 v. L. MeKessar, M. Forrester, L. Dune, K. Le Beau (s) 21; C. St. John, J. Alexander, A. Morgan (s) 20 v. R. Ransley, Foley, H. S. Short (s) 17.

In the Junior Singles championships J. Alexander 21 defeated A. Forrester 17, and in the final Alexander 21 defeated F. O’Sullivan 17.
