TAXATION IN HOLLAND
MOBILISATION COSTS (Reed. Feb. 12, 3 p.m.) THE HAGUE, Feb. 11. To meet the cost of army mobilisation, the Netherlands Government has introduced a bill raising the death duties by 15 per cent, the petrol duty of 2£d a gallon, the sugar excise by 10 per cent, and the import duty on coffee by 3d per lb.
