WELLINGTON, this day: A Melbourne advice states that a call, the second, of 6d a share on the issued contributing shares —both issues —on the New Zealand register of the Taranaki (New Zealand), Oil Development Company, making such shares paid to 2s 6d each, will be made to-day
DIVIDENDS DECLARED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The directors of the Southland Frozen Meat Company recommend the payment of a final dividend of Bd. on preference and ordinary shares, payable on March 1. The Kelburn and Karori Tramway Company recommend the payment of a final dividend of 2J- xrer cent on each class of shares, making 5 per cent for the year on both ordinary and preference share capital, payable on February 26.
