COSY FOR COUPLES
BIRMINGHAM, Dec. 3. Complaints to the City Council indicated to-day that young couples have found British air raid shelters lo be cozy trysting-places during the war-time black-outs. Air raid wardens reported that they were spending more time interrupting cooing couples than in carrying out their normal duties.
