RAIL TRUCKS NEEDED
REQUEST TO BELGIUM GERMAN REQUIREMENTS (Reed. Jan. 23, 9 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Jan. 21. Germany has requested the loan or hire of thousands of railway trucks. Belgian official circles consider that such a loan would be a breach of neutrality, because it would indirectly aid a belligerent.
