GERMAN COAL SHORTAGE (Reed. Jan. 23, 9 a.m.) BUDAPEST, Jan. 21. The Hungarian Government has ordered the drastic restriction of internal rail traffic owing to the prospect of a coal shortage due to the inability of Germany to maintain normal supplies.
