CANADIAN WAR LOAN (Reed. Jan. 22, 9 a.m.) OTTAWA, Jan. 20. Canada’s £50,000,000 war loan was over-subscribed. When the books closed subscriptions totalled £80,320,000, exclusive of £13,325,000 for the conversion of Dominion 3 per cent bonds due on March 1.
