LARGER ARMY VOTE
FINANCES OF ITALY RATIONING OF SUGAR (Reed. Jan. 22, 9 a.m.) ROME, Jan. 21. The Cabinet has approved of a Budget of £432,400,000, providing for a deficit of £73,700,000. The military budget is increased by £3,200,000. Sugar will be rationed from February 1.
