SUBMARINE BUILDING
GERMAN YARDS ACTIVE (Reed. Jan. 22. 9 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Jan. 21. Sixty German shipyards are reported to be now constructing a new small type of submarine which, it is claimed, can be built in a month. The crews arc being instructed in training boats.
