EMBARKATION CONTROL OFFICERS APPOINTED . Appointments to the temporary staff of the New Zealand Military Forces are announced in this week’s Gazette. Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Alexander ! F. Roberts, K.8.K., retired list, lias been appointed embarkation staff officer. Lieutenant D. A. Ewen, retired list, and honorary Captain G. Prietor, retired list, are to be assistant embarkation officers. The former has been given the rank of captain. Captain F. C. Gentry, M.8.E., late, of the New Zealand Army Service Corps, has been appointed railway transport officer, Wellington. Mr. R. w. Mallasch lias been given the rank of lieutenant and appointed mechanical transport technical officer, Trentham Military Camp.
