PRODUCTION OF PLANES AMERICAN OUTPUT (Reed. Jan. 11,3 p.m.) NEW YORK, Jan. 10.

The Washington correspondent of tlie United Press Association of America says that British purchasing officials have informed aviation circles that they will need a minimum of 10,000 more American planes in the next IS months to assure air supremacy over Germany.

The British and French combined production is estimated at 1500 planes monthly. Britain expects to reach the peak of production, 2200 monthly, by May.

The British and French orders in American factories at present total 5000. The American aircraft industry is capable of producing 1700 to ISOO planes monthly.
