FAULTY FILM ELICITS APT COMMENT FROM SOLDIER During: the showing: of tactical films at an evening territorial parade recently, one film was projected that had a faulty sound track. The commentator’s voice came over to the listeners —at first only slightly blurred—but finally developing into a really husky growl.
