PROPOSAL RESENTED
HANDING OVER COLONIES “BARTERING OF SOULS’* 7 (Reed. Jan. 6, 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. '5. Sir Henry Page-Croft, in a message to the Empire Industries Association, condemned proposals for handing over the colonies to international control, and declared: “We have no right to offer their peoples as sacrifices to the aggressors. There must be no bartering of souls.”
