HELP TO TROOPS
AID ON HOME FRONT MR. ATTLEE’S MESSAGE (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Jan. 3. The Leader of the Opposition, Major C. R. Attlee, who has been visiting the British Expeditionary Force, sent on Wednesday evening a message to the men he had seen, in' which he said: “We shall watch closely the position of the workers at home. It is also up to us to help the relations of those who are out here, because the more we can do to make things happy and secure on the home front, the more we can strengthen the front out here.”
