RETURN ON LEAVE
ITALIAN FROM MOSCOW (Reed. Jan. 3, 9 a.m.) ROME, Jan. 1. The Government has instructed the Italian Ambassador to Moscow to return on leave. This is a sequel to the recall of the Soviet Ambassador to Italy, M. Gorelkin, on December 13, which was interpreted as a Soviet protest against the Rome demonstrations concerning Finland.
