Shopkeepers Angered
The action of children in wiping their wet swimming costumes across shop windows in Napier has caused concern to shopkeepers, who have found it necessary to clean their windows on two occasions in the day instead of once m the morning as is the usual custom. The bathing costumes have been soaked in salt water, and this, in the cases where it has been left to dry on the windows, has left a sediment of salt, which has been found difficult to erase.
