ENTERING All I,IT ARY ZONE (Reed. Sept. 12, 9 a.m.) CHUNGKING, Sent. 10. W. L. Farmer, an Australian, and Jack Beldcn, an American, were arrested at Kaingfu, and charged with entering a military zone without credentials.
