BRITISH AND FRENCH
WELCOME BY MINISTER
(Reed. Aug. 12, 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 11
A message from Moscow states that the 'British and French military missions arrived there to-day. The iSoviet Minister of Defence, Marshal Voroshilov, welcomed the missions, who are to meet the Russian delegation to-morrow morning.
