The Hendaye correspondent of the British United Press says that the former Spanish Republican soldiers enrolled in the Nationalist labour corps are reported to be constructing a little Siegfried 1 line along the French border under the supervision of German technicians between Irun and San Sebastian. The chief works are two miles from Hendaye.
