Sir, —Would the Mayor of Runanga please give some information to the public as to what portion of McGowan street is to be tar-sealed. A special loan is to be raised lor this work. To me McGowan street appears to be tar-sealed now.—Yours, etc RATEPAYER. Runanga, Dec. 9.
