LONDON, Dec. 1 (Rec. 11 a.m.).— The British Ambassador to Moscow, Sir David Kelly, who is coming home tomorrow, is expected to have important talks on the chances of direct negotiations with Russia on world problems. Both he and the United States Ambassador to Moscow, Admiral Alan Kirk, who will be travelling through London on his way back, to Washington next Monday, will give their respective Governments special advice on the usefulness of any attempt to reach an overall agreement with the Soviet Government.
