British Talks In Malaya British diplomatic representatives, colonial governors, and the comman-ders-in-chief of the three services in the Far East and South-east Asia will meet in Bukit Serene, Malaya, next Thursday. The Foreign Office announced this today. A Foreign Office spokesman said that the meeting would be similar to the one in 1948-49, for the exchange of information and views on the Far East and South-east Asia.—London, Nov. 3 fir
