CHARLES TO DEFEND HIS BOXING TITLE
NEW YORK, Sept. 28.—Ezzard Charles will defend his heavyweight boxing title against Freddie Besore at Cincinnati late in November or early in December. Spokesmen said that Charles would be kept busy meeting other contenders while awaiting the proposed fight with Lee Savold. The International Boxing Club announced that Joe Louis earned 102 840 dollars in his bout witn Charles last night. Charles received 58,766 dollars.
