GERMAN ROCKET SOCIETY MAY DO LIMITED RESEARCH
LONDON, September 29 (Rec. 1 p.m.).—The German Rocket Society, which was directly responsible for the development of the V II missile, has been given permission to restart research by the Western Powers’ Control Council, says the Daily Express. They have been forbidden to do jocket experiments and, until further orders, must restrict their activities to theoretical research.
A similar ban was imposed on German atom scientists four years ago, but Lis since been relaxed. .
