VICTORIA’S “MIXED BABY” CASE

LONDON, July 3 (Rec. 11. a.m.).— Victoria’s “mixed baby” case ended today when the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council refused Mr and Mrs Morrison leave to appeal with costs. This decision means that Mr and Mrs Noel Jenkins will keep Nola, the five-year-old girl which Mrs Morrison claims was exchanged in a nursing home at the time of. birth. Legal authorities in London said there was no other judicial tribunal to which any further appeal could now be made. It would be possible, however, to begin again the whole legal process from the beginning.
