LONDON, June 23 (Rec. 11 a.m.). —The Associated Press Bonn correspondent says that the West German Parliament today voted in favoui' of the Government being asked to forbid the manufacture of war toys and urged the Allies to stop their soldiers giving such toys to German children. “Our struggle against militarism should begin at home,” said Frau Maria Dietz, one of the sponsors of the war toy ban. She complained that toys help to instil a war-like spirit into youngsters. Di’ Hugo Decker wanted to permit the manufacture of war toys for export. ' “Do you think the Americans will stop using toy tanks just because we will not send them any?” he asked.
