MASTER MERUIT SEEKS FOURTH HI. STEEPLES

Big fields have been carded for most events at the Hawke’s BayJockey Glub’s meeting at Hastings tomorrow, and divisions' have been arranged in three races. The £lOOO Hawke’s Bay Steeplechase is the feature event.. The only winning form is held by The Scotchman, who scored in hack steeplechases at Gisborne and Napier and then fell early in another steeplechase at Napier. Petite Yvonne won’ her third race in her last four starts when she accounted for a usefield field in the Farewell Handicap at Thames last Saturday.
