RELIEF FOR MEN ON CAMPBELL ISLAND

WELLINGTON, This Day (P.A.). —Two reliefs lor the weather station staff at Campbell Island will locivc in the frigcite Pu.kaki on April 20. They are Mr R. J. Stanley, of the Geophysical Laboratory, dsir., Christchurch, who will relieve Mr H. Naylor, ionosphere observer, and Mr B. L. J. Wooding, of the Wellington weather office, who will relieve Mr R. J. Langbein, meteorological observer. The other men at Campbell Island, Messrs B. A. Melville (leader) and R. W. Chandler and A. J. Conway, Post and Telegraph Department radio operators, will be relieved later in the year.
