Salmon Spear Is Selected For Big Race At Wyndham

Salmon Spear, who has been. a model of consistency in recent starts, may be the favourite for the Wyndham Racing Club Handicap tomorrow at the Wyndham club’s meeting, in spite of the fact that he will be burdened with 9.6. He is a good, weight-carrier but at the some time he will have to give away considerable poundage to likely lightweights in Jan, Sea Flower and Waicoe.

Sea Venture seems to be returning to her best form and she will be well supported in the Flying Handicap. King Gundi and Glenlevit also travel smartly over sprint distances.
