MEXICO CITY, March 9 (Rec. 9 a.m.). —Quick Mexican divorces for Hollywood movie stars and other alien non-residents were abolished by the Supreme Court today. The court placed jurisdiction in divorce suits with a civil judge at the couple’s legal residence rather than with a judge where the suit is filed. The ruling -was aimed only at foreigners who take advantage of Mexico’s divorce law. '
