SOVIET BOYCOTT OF UN BODIES EXTENDED

NEW YORK, January 30.—Russia today extended its boycott of United Nations bodies to the Security Coum cil’s 11-nation Committee of Expert: - . This was the eleventh United Nations body in which Russia had refused to participate bacause of the continued presence of Chinese Nationalist delegates. The Russians failed to appear at the committee’s meeting today. The representatives of 10 other countries went ahead with the consideration of an Indian proposal to clarify the argument over Chinese representation. India has suggested a poll of all United Nations members as a preliminary to any decision on the matteiby the Security Council.
