SEVERAL TEAMS HAVE NO POINTS YET: SCORE CARD ISSUE
Several teams in the West Coast Cricket Association’s competitions have not yet scored a point officially, although they may have scored several outright wins in competition matches. This was disclosed at last evening’s meeting of the Association, when the secretary, Mr R. Lee, reported that he had received few official score cards during the season. According to the rules of the Association no team can be accredited with competition points until such time as an official score card, giving details of a match, has been handed in. In reply to a question, Mr Lee stated that this factor would have a direct bearing on the results of the various competitions.
