ALLEGED THEFT OF £800 FROM BANK

AUCKLAND, This Day (P.A.).— The theft of £BOO from the bank of New Zealand at Auckland between August 1 and November 1 was alleged against Vivian Alexander Ross, aged 44, a bank clerk, in the Police Court today. A remand until Monday was granted on the application of the police. The Magistrate, Mr. F. McCarthy, allowed bail of £lOO.
