Child Dies From Burns
WHANGAREI, This Day (P.A.).— A two-year-old child, the son of Mr W. W. Hawkins, of Motukaraka, was fatally burned by a caustic solution on Friday. While playing in the cowshed he spilt a tin of caustice over his face, chest, stomach and legs. The child was taken to the Rawene Hospital, where he died on Saturday from shock and burns.
