LONDON, November 7 (Rec. 3.5 p.m.).—Reuter’s Prague correspondent says it is reliably stated that Mrs Vladimir Clementis, wife of Czechoslovakia’s Foreign Minister,, plans to leave here by air tomorrow to join her husband in New York. . London reports say’ Mr Clementis has been ordered home from America where he is the United Nations delegate, following the arrest of some of his staff in the recent purge.
