KIDNAPPING BY SICILIAN BANDITS
i LONDON, October 4 (Rec. 2 p.m.). ’—The United Press Palermo correspondent says that Sicilian bandits, believed to belong to Salvatore Guil'iano’s gang, have kidnapped Nicolo ■ Ferrara, brother of the Vice-Prefect of Alcano Province. Three masked men bailed him up and took him away. , , | The Sicilian police have arrested 1 76 bandits in the past three weeks.
