D. L. Woon in Form
The Marlborough provincial golf championship was won. yesterday afternoon by D. L. Woon, of Westport, who beat N. Evans, of Motueka, at the nineteenth. Woon was never more than 1 up, and Evans squared the match at the eighteenth, but Woon won the next hole easilv with a par 4. In an earlier round, Woon sent a new unofficial course-record of 69.—(P.A.).
