Rugby Tour
The possibility of a Westland Subunion Rugby team being sent on tour next year was discussed at the final meeting of the sub-union this week. It was indicated that funds would be conserved for this purpose. Other decisions included the calling of a meeting of referees, captains, club captains and secretaries to discuss next season’s set-up, and the draining- of a new ground at the racecourse.
