PERSONAL
Mr J. B. Kent, M.P., left this morning on return to Wellington. Mr and Mrs W. Eldon Coates arrived in Wellington today by the Wanganella and are expected in Christchurch tomorrow. They have been in Singapore for the last three years and. have returned via Western Australia. They will take up residence at Christchurch and will spend several months in New Zealand. Mr Coates was formerly ot Greymouth. , , Guests at the Albion Hotel include: —Messrs P. G. Collins, C. C. Malone, J. Webster, E. J. Arnold, D. E. Chalcraft, Mr and Mrs M. L. Hoddinott (Christchurch) ; Mr D. Shale, Mr N. I. Edgecomb (Nelson); Mr and Mrs D. J. Baker (Kati Kati); Mr T. Holmes, Mr and Mrs K. Young (Wellington).
