P accordance with Order-in-Council dated September 21, 1949, it is hereby notified that landtax on land held by companies, leviable under the above Act is payable at any offic/e of the Land and Income Tax Department or at any money-order post office in one sum on FRIDAY, October 7, 1949. The liability is not suspended by any objection, and the tax must be paid on or before FRIDAY, October 28, 1949, to avoid the additional percentage; any overpayment will be refunded. Demands will be issued on or about September 30, 1949, and must be presented with all payments.
